Industrial sites include public buildings, institutions, shops, hotels, schools, churches, hospitals, building sites etc. Any fuel storage receptacle in excess of 200 litres must be bunded since September 2005.
A 'bund' typically refers to the secondary containment of fuel oil and must be capable of withholding the contents plus a safety margin of 10%.

As an 'industrial site' any loss of product during a delivery could be attributable to your company and the EA may find you 'contributory negligent', resulting in a substantial fine.

Solid filling using concrete or foam, or removal of disused petroleum storage tank(s)
Under the Public Health Act 1961, Section 73, where the premises are occupied, it is the responsibility of the occupier to take all reasonable measures to ensure the tank is rendered permanently safe. When there is no occupier, the landowner bears responsibility.
