Oil stored and used exclusively on a farm is covered by it's own special regulations: The Control of Pollution (Silage Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oil Regulations) 1991.
The NRA or Scottish RPB must be notified of new, substantially enlarged or substantially reconstructed facilities, at least 14 days before they are used and it is an offence not to do so.

For fuel to be dispensed into vehicles, we can supply a range of bunded
fuel stations
which have a pump housed in a self contained lockable cabinet. These are available in 1400, 2500, 5000 and 10000 litre capacities. See picture for 1400 litre model.
